Certain benefits of such promotions including cash back in customers store credit wallet shall have limited validity at the sole discretion of Sigma stores and maximum up to 6 months from the date of transaction. Any dispute regarding the non receipt of promotion benefit must be brought to notice of Sigma stores within 60 days from the date of end of offer / promotion.

Without prejudice to the generality of this section the total liability of Sigma stores to you for all liabilities arising out of such promotions be it in tort or contract is limited to the maximum value of the benefit / discount applicable to the specific promotion. However in case of missing a delivery in transit, Our liability is limited only to delivery at a later agreed time at no additional charge.
